School events bring learning to life and help shape our school culture. They help students build confidence, connect with others and celebrate their progress. Events also give families a chance to be involved in school life and share in their child’s achievements.

Book Week/Grandparents Day/Open Day

Date: August 3rd 2026

Time: 9:30am - 12pm

Book Week is a special time at our school where we celebrate a love of reading. Students dress as their favourite book character and parents/caregivers and families are invited to attend for a book parade, open classrooms, bookfair and morning tea.

Maroota Muster

Date: 16th August 2026

Time: 10am-3pm

Everyone is invited to enjoy the Maroota Muster. We have a chocolate wheel (with fabulous prizes), fruit and veggie stall, plant stall, cake stall and BBQ. All funds raised from these stalls go back to the school. We also have rides, pony rides, market stalls, a classic car comp, displays from local sand mine and truck companies, the RFS, Police and SES. There is definitely plenty to see and do!

P&C meeting

Date: 2nd Wednesday of every month during the school term.

Time: 2pm

Join our vibrant P&C.  Meetings are held the 2nd Wednesday of every month in the FOOM. Parents and carers are welcome to attend.
